Q：10201 Goldview为什么不建议用于用于胶回收呢？会有什么影响吗？
A：Goldview相对其他同类染料本底色严重，而且较为不稳定，一般5-10min条带就会消失，不利于回收；另外在紫外灯下容易诱导突变。若需胶回收建议使用翌圣的YeaRed（10202ES）或者YeaGreen（10204ES）染料。
Q：可以用于microRNA 或lncRNA 等非编码RNA 吗？环状 RNA 呢？
A：不推荐。
Q：10201 Goldview可以用来泡染吗？
A：可以，以下方法仅供参考 1.按照常规方法进行电泳。 2.将10,000x Goldview 储液稀释约3,300倍到0.1M 的TAE或者TBE中，制成3x染色液。 3.将凝胶小心地放入合适的容器中，如聚丙烯容器中。缓慢加入足量的3x染色液浸没胶。室温振荡染色30min左右。 4. 在凝胶成像仪内，观测结果。
