生物活性描述CD13 is a widely expressed ectoenzyme that regulates activities of numerous cytokines by cleaving their N-terminals and is involved in Ag processing by trimming peptides bound to MHC class II. Specific activity >1500 pmol/min/µg using Ala-AMC.
