FAQ

Q：该产品可裂解哪些成分？

A：本品可用于细胞/组织裂解液，WB/IP 裂解液，是一种非变性条件下的裂解液。

Q：RIPA 裂解蛋白后，对蛋白定量是否有影响？

A：用 RIPA 裂解液裂解得到的蛋白样品，可以用 Yeasen BCA 蛋白浓度测定试剂盒测定其蛋白浓度（Cat#20201ES76）。由于含有较高浓度的去垢剂，不能用 Bradford 法测定由本裂解液裂解得到样品的蛋白浓度。使用其他品牌的BCA 建议参照产品说明书中对去污剂等的耐受范围。

Q：RIPA 裂解液可以用于植物和细菌吗？

A：不能。本品是动物组织和细胞专用的，植物细胞和细菌都有细胞壁，不能裂解；理论上可以加溶壁酶后再裂解，但没有尝试过。

Q：对于组织样品，充分裂解的时间与温度一般是多少？

A：4 度或冰上裂解，时间没有要求，具体实验具体分析，一般细胞是充分裂解后应没有明显的细胞沉淀，织的话用用匀浆器匀浆，直至充分裂解呈匀浆状态。
