Q：11208 跟 11205 有什么区别？
A：酶不一样，11208 是可以做多重PCR，11205 只能做单重PCR，做qPCR 是没有问题的。
Q：11208 的qPCR 反应体系可以用 5 μL/10 μL 吗？
A：可以，但一般推荐 20ul。大体系减少误差。5μl 体系太小，加样误差会很大，不推荐。
Q：11208 可扩增多长的产物啊？
A：建议在 300bp 以下，过长的产物会导致酶效降低。若一定要用，建议用三步法。
