Q：可用于组织切片的染色吗
A：只能进行活细胞的染色。
Q：用荧光显微镜观察的时候必须结合 Hoechst 33342 活细胞染色液吗？
A：主要是为了便于观察阳性率，可以根据自己的需求选择。
