DSS诱导大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型
葡聚糖硫酸钠盐（Dextran Sulfate Sodium Salt, DSS）是一种聚阴离子衍生物，其诱导结肠炎模型的机制虽仍未十分明确，但通常认为与巨噬细胞功能失调、肠道菌群失调、DSS对结肠上皮的毒性作用、细胞因子在DSS结肠炎模型的发病中起重要作用等机制有关。
实验案例1
实验动物：大鼠，1周龄，100 g；
实验步骤：5%的DSS，3.5 mL/100 g每日灌胃，灌胃2周，HE染色；
实验结果：UC大鼠的结肠长度低于健康大鼠；结肠黏膜异常，存在大量炎症细胞。

实验案例2
实验动物：大鼠，8周龄，200 g；
实验步骤：饮用3.5% 浓度的DSS，连续饮用10天，HE染色；
实验结果：结肠黏膜异常。

实验案例3
实验动物：大鼠，7周龄，300-320 g；
实验步骤：饮用7天 2.0 % 浓度的DSS后，饮用7天蒸馏水，共4个周期，HE染色；
实验结果：结肠黏膜异常。
