想比较酶的话，建议把国产和进口做同天平行灌流：同样动物性别/周龄/禁食、同样灌注流速、温度、消化液体积和终点判断。记录活率、台盼蓝、贴壁率和P450活性。若国产酶只是活率差一点但成本低，可用于预实验；正式实验用进口。Liberase TM Research Grade也稳定，就是贵，经费允许可以试。

SD大鼠肝灌注我用下来比较稳的是Sigma C5138（IV型）或Gibco 17104-019，配成含Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺的HBSS，37℃现配现用，别提前太久。你们一次2-3只，到货后先用同一批酶灌一只做活率/得率，确认批间稳定再批量做。国产酶不是不能用，但活率波动大往往和酶批次、灌注温度、门静脉插管速度和消化终点有关，建议固定这些变量再做比较。

活性单位别只看mg，要看COA上的FALGPA或Wünsch units，跨品牌不能线性换算。换新批号时按总活性单位/体重或肝重标准化，避免用多少mg/mL直接套。大鼠肝灌流常用浓度要按批号调整，新酶先做0.2、0.4、0.8 mg/mL左右的小范围预试，比直接套文献浓度稳。
