For fast delivery channels in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, you can compare agents such as Beijing Solarbio, Bayerdi, and Coolaber, or look for regional brand distributors that support same-day/next-day delivery. For a new laboratory's first purchase, it is recommended to have 2-3 suppliers quote prices including tax, shipping, and damage replacement terms. Do not focus only on unit price; pay attention to cold chain and logistics standards. For dual antibiotics and trypsin, it is advisable to prioritize imported original products or aliquots from major brands, while domestic DPBS can be used to reduce costs. During testing, use the same batch of PBS, trypsin, and dual antibiotics to culture cells continuously for 2-3 passages, observe morphology, growth rate, and mycoplasma contamination, and only proceed with bulk lot-locked purchasing after confirming there are no issues.

For DPBS and 0.25% trypsin-EDTA, we commonly use Gibco, which offers consistent quality but is relatively expensive; Hyclone and BI are good value for money, and I have used them too, with no noticeable difference in routine passaging. Domestic brands such as Yuanpei and Meilun's basic PBS and trypsin can also be considered, but for dual antibiotics I prefer Gibco or BI, aliquoted and stored at -20°C, as I personally feel the batch-to-batch consistency is more stable. Since you use 20-30 dishes per week, and later more than 50 dishes, buy DPBS directly in 500 mL or 1 L bottles, and aliquot trypsin according to weekly usage and store at -20°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, you can find a Beijing distributor; many brands have stock available, and the lead time is usually 1-3 days.

Upon arrival, inspection should focus on sterile packaging: check the outer box, aluminum foil bag vacuum, and bottle mouth seal for leaks; keep one bottle from the same batch unopened as a control. After opening DPBS, store at 4°C; it is recommended to aliquot under aseptic technique for use. After trypsin arrives, aliquot according to weekly usage and store at -20°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For 100× dual antibiotics, I usually aliquot into 5 mL/tube, store at -20°C protected from light, and follow the instructions for storage. We generally use them within six months, and perform a sterility culture or inoculation control every quarter. Even if they appear normal after more than 6 months, they will not be readily used for critical experiments. After opening, dual antibiotics should not be stored at 4°C for too long; discontinue use if the color darkens or turbidity appears.
