采购时不要只看单次反应价格，要看稳定性证据和交付条款：是否有可追溯批号、性能规格、冷链温度记录、临效期、开瓶或冻融稳定性说明，以及同平台配套引物探针。比价建议按验证成本和停机成本估算：小批量可先买两批做平行验证，弱阳控监控ΔCT，合格后再批量采购。若每周几十个人类病毒核酸样，建议锁定主供应商，保留备选批次，临效期不足或CT趋势异常时触发复核，而不是等到全部样品跑完才调整。
