保存液是否抑制 PCR，不能只看宣传，建议做抑制性验证。可用同批拭子分别装入不同保存液，48 小时后采用现有通用核酸提取流程，同时加内源控制或人工内参，比较 Ct 差异；再做梯度稀释，看高浓度保存液是否影响低拷贝样本。胍盐、蛋白酶、表面活性剂都可能干扰，但适配较好的配方通常可被提取去除。若 48h 内能进实验室，通用提取通常可行，但应先用少量留样试跑多重检测，避免模板降解或提取效率下降。

医院样本库换试剂盒，建议把价格和风险拆成可评估指标：拭子舒适度、管盖防漏、保存液体积、提取适配性、批次一致性。可要求供应商提供与你们提取磁珠或柱式方案的兼容说明，并送 2-3 批样品做留样复检。对呼吸道多重检测，优先选择对咽鼻拭子兼容、无荧光背景干扰、提取后可稳定冻存或复检的方案。预算区间内不一定能拿到全指标，建议先小规模替换，记录拒收率、返工率和提取失败率，再决定是否扩大采购。
